Powers:
Hydrokinesis: Allows her to control the water element to a point. If the water isn't tainted, she can control it. She might be clumsy on land, but she's an excellant swimmer that can hold her breath underwater for an infinite amount of time. Some people say that this's because she can breath underwater....

Dragon Morph: Ryuuko has a tendency to transform into a furry chibi dragon. This happens so spontaneously that she'll often find herself curled up in her "father's" kasa. It's only in this form that she can breath underwater. The only thing that the dragon can do is be cute, talk, and fly.

Ryuu No Yatsuatari (Dragon's Anger): Summons up a Chinese dragon, either in physical form, or in water form, and sending it hurling at the enemy. If Ryuuko is close to water, then the dragon will take the form of water. The dragon will send a hurricane with electrical energy at the enemy if Ryuuko summons the dragon on land.

Undine No Tachi (Undine's Sword): Ryuuko summons a few water elementals (Undines) in her hand to form a sword in her hands. The water turns to ice and she can use it provided that her tolerance to the cold is strengthed.

Physical Description: (normal form) Shiny, flaxen cobalt blue hair that goes down to the waist. Bright blue fur. She is usually seen wearing Chinese styled clothes and is NEVER without her Kasa (a conical shaped hat). Ryuuko has a fairly strong build, but she's too laid back to abuse it. Her eyes are a bright green, but if you look REALLY closely at her eyes, you'll see that they have a reptilian look to them. Her paws are a dirty white, which makes it look like she's wearing gloves. They're dirty because she loves playing around with her art equipment. Overall, she looks like a winged cat, but she has a snout where her nose should be and a thicker tail. She carries herself with a self-sufficient attitude, and is not afraid to speak her mind.

(chibi-dragon form) She looks like a furry verson of a European Dragon, only smaller. Her fur is blue, and so is her mane. In both forms,her wings are made of feathers and they are a light green.

History: Ryuuko has no idea who her mother is, but she thinks that her father was a Buddist monk because someone left a kasa with her. A fisherman, who worked in Osaka, found her in dragon form all curled up in her kasa and took care of her. He never told her anything about what she was because he didn't know himself, though Ryuuko suspects that he has his theories. When he died was when Ryuuko started getting attacked by the knight, Sir George, for some reason. Then other knights and warriors started going after her. She took up a life of a drifter, mostly using an old fishboat that her father had given to her. She sends her work to a Japanese manga company via a computer system installed in her boat. She uses the Pen Name, "Popin" to throw her attackers off. She ended up in Trinton after a storm threw her boat off course. She decided to live there for awhile, since the boat and her equipment needed to be repared. She doesn't mind friends, but will only let them get so close to her because she doesn't want them to know the secret that even she doesn't know about.
